Eli D. Ehrenpreis

Chief Executive Officer

Eli D. Ehrenpreis MD is the CEO and Science Advisor for E2Bio Life Sciences. Dr. Ehrenpreis has 30 years of experience as an academic physician, specializing in gastroenterology and clinical pharmacology.

He received his medical training at the University of Illinois Medical Center and Northwestern University Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and also completed a Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology.

He has served in many important administrative roles, including Director of the GI Fellowship Training Programs at the University of Chicago and at NorthShore University HealthSystems and Chief of Gastroenterology at Northwest Community Hospital.

Dr. Ehrenpreis is currently a Professor of Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine. He is also the Associate Director for Research for the Internal Medicine residency program at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.

Dr. Ehrenpreis has published more than 160 peer-reviewed medical papers, 30 book chapters and has written and edited seven medical textbooks. He is recognized as a world-leading expert in a number of common and rare diseases. He has made significant discoveries related to complications of cancer therapy, Dr Ehrenpreis is the chief editor and author of the Radiation Therapy for Pelvic Malignancies and Its Consequences that was published by Springer Nature Publishers.

Dr. Ehrenpreis is the inventor of Bocaliner and has been involved in the scientific, regulatory and clinical aspects of its development.

Ana E. Ehrenpreis

Vice President

Ana E. Ehrenpreis is the Vice President of E2Bio Life Sciences. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University and is also a certified phlebotomist. Ana has worked in a number of industries including banking and healthcare. She has 20 years of experience coordinating clinical research projects. Ana has been actively involved in the design, testing and collecting of patient experience data on Bocaliner.

Benjamin Z. Ehrenpreis

Chief Operating Officer

Benjamin Z. Ehrenpreis is the Chief Operating Officer of E2Bio Life Sciences. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University. He was awarded a Master of Arts Degree in Crisis and Trauma Studies from Tel Aviv University and a Masters of Social Work degree from Dominican University in Chicago, Illinois.

He recently worked as a school social worker in the North Chicago School System. Benjamin has been a small business owner since high school and has sixteen years of online retail and sales experience. Benjamin served a critical role in the initial design and testing of Bocaliner.

He has been actively involved in the development of the structure and functional portions of the business side of E2Bio Life Sciences.
